The neighborhood, consisting of 297 homes was built by several well respected Wake County custom home builders between 2005 and 2008. There are two sections: The Shires featuring homes on lots just under a ¼ acre priced from the $300,000s – $400,000s that range in size from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet. The Manors features home on lots over ¼ acre priced from $500,000 - $700,000s that range in size from 3,200 to over 5,000 square feet.
